Joe and his staff are the best ! We lived in Vail, CO for 20 years and purchased our Rad Rovers fat tire on line. Unfortunately we never had a certified dealer nearby. When we moved to Hobe Sound our bikes needed attention, having 3,000 miles + on them. Joe came to our rescue and addressed and corrected both bike to a, "Like New" condition! I needed to go biking with a friend but I forgot to change the slick tires on my bike for mtb tires. Not only did he go above and beyond by adjusting my front and rear derailer. He also worked quickly so I would be able to go riding at jonathan dickinson state park that same day. Thanks again bike sultan!!!
