- Compact storage on vehicle as base tilts up when not in use
- Saris Hitch Tighter System locks and secures rack to vehicle with rock-solid hitch connection
- Includes hitch lock plus additional 3 lock cores for use with MHS Accessories
- Fully assembled and easy to install on vehicle
- Fits 2" receivers
