Wonderful experience purchasing my new Electra Townie 7 speed stepover bike. Joe, the proprietor, greeted me upon going to the shop. I told him what I was looking for in a bike specifically a more upright ez peddling bike. I visted multiple other bike shops that day in the Jupiter/Juno area. Joe immediately suggested the Townie. It had all the features I was looking for except he only had the smaller size in stock. I thanked him but was interested in the bigger frame. He called me later to say he would order the bike for me. He had it in 3 days. He fully assembled it and I rode right out of the shop. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the bike. Way to go Joe.
